Peter and the team at Mayfair Removals have been wonderful! We have had to move rather quickly due to extensive flooding damage and I was really embarrassed at the state of our unit. Everyone that worked with us was so lovely, held no judgement whatever, and made me feel so much more comfortable with the whole process.I’ve never really needed packers before on any of my previous moves, but considering the timing, amount of stuff to tackle, and that I’ve been so stressed out with dealing with the aftermath of unit’s damage, I decided this time I needed to get some help in. Peter was so professional and accomodating in organising the move. Nothing was a problem or too much trouble and he was able to schedule two separate move days at our request to help with our packing requirements and moving of items to two different locations. On the move day, Victor, Rob and team were so professional, polite and super fast. They took great care of our items and wrapped everything well for storage to make sure our belongings were safe and secure whilst our renovation was happening. We have used two different removalist companies in the past but now we have used Mayfair we will never use anyone else! Would highly recommend them for any removalist work. They are a cut above the rest!

To minimise disruption to businesses day to day operations we often conduct commercial relocations after hours and on weekends.

During each of our office removals you will be assigned a project manager which will act as your go to for everything from planning to execution.

The short answer is as often as you would like. Different clients have different needs and some require an update throughout the entire relocation from planning right through to post execution. Others for example may only need to be contacted prior to the removal.

Unexpected changes are quite common when undertaking office removals due to the dynamic nature of business. Dates may need to be changed last minute or equipment may need to be disassembled at a later stage if our clients projects have been pushed back for any reason. Mayfair removals is small enough to remain nimble and flexible under such circumstances and this allows us to pivot with our clients needs.

We offer after hours contact and support should you need to contact your project manager or have any concerns regarding your removal. 
Yes we can. Usually our clients will ask us for fixed fee prices so they can adequately budget for their move. If there are a lot of variables we can offer a fixed fee price along with contingencies.
